Topics in American Prints to World War II
This year’s seminar will focus on the Achenbach’s
outstanding collection of American prints, with a special emphasis on New York and San
Francisco. We will look at some of our greatest treasures and study works by lesser- known
but equally interesting printmakers of the first half of the twentieth century. Participants
will have an opportunity to look closely at works of art in the collection.
Enrollment
is limited to twenty-two people.
Time and place: Leanne and George Roberts Seminar Room at the Legion of Honor, Saturday mornings from 10am to 12:30pm.
Fee: $250 for Achenbach Graphic Arts Council members ($350 for non-members)
Registration: Please fill out the registration form and send to Jamie O’Keefe, AGAC Administrative Assistant. You may also call (415) 750-3676, fax to (415) 750-3680, or email jokeefe@famsf.org. Participants will receive confirmation of their reservation (or waiting list) status.
